Take it Easy

If you have ANY pets (dogs) Animal control will be called, even if dogs are well behaved.Code given upon arrival, was not working, Called Host/company, Took about 30 minutes to get new code cleared. The maintainance companies that are hired to do pool, lawn, etc., will not notify you or the host they are coming. Texted host/company asking if there would be further disruptions the remaining of our stay, so we could plan, was told "NO" which was incorrect. Had pool company come next day, no notice given to us. They came to put chemicals in the pool. Thank goodness we were there as we would have never known they came and if we would have gotten in the pool the chemicals could have affected our skin. MAJOR MISCOMMUNICATION between Host/company and maintainance, They left gate opened, Our pets could have gotten out.Host forgot to add pet fee from original fees when we booked, had to pay that a day prior to arrival. That was oversight on their part! Host lost our email confirming we could bring our pets, I had to show it to them since I had saved a copy of it.Didn't feel like we could relax or enjoy our visit, as we felt we were watched by neighbors every move we made. We are a very quiet family and do not have any parties, we are in bed by 9! Overall, the pool was nice, The house was nice, Close to pretty much everything. Reached out for solutions and NO RESPONSE! Will I book with this company again? Probably not.

We had to best time and picked the perfect little cottage for our stay. It was clean, comfortable and the pool was perfect! New Wave Rentals is the best and went above and beyond for my daughter and myself. We will absolutely use them again and would love to return to the cottage again!Recommend 10/10!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our favorite part was definitely the pool. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Pool with floats was nice. It would have been nice to have outdoor furniture such as lounge chairs. There was a small table and 2 small chairs, but I had to use one chair to cover the fence area with a gap so that my dog wouldn’t escape. Guests would benefit from instructions on how to use the washer/dryer. Towels were thin and felt like towels from the hospital. These are just knit-picky things. Overall, it was nice for our 2-day stay and we would boom again. It was a nice location, the pool was nice, and the AC was cold!

The grass was big
